Hi I'm Bhavani

I started out as a dancer. I took my first class at the age of eight, and I was hooked. I was studying dance at California Institute of the Arts when I was injured dancing. The dance program employed Pilates for physical therapy and included Pilates training as part of the curriculum. I used Pilates to recover from an injury, and it opened my eyes to new ways of training the body.
